ھسأل google …… للأسف حتى جوجل مش عارف اسم البرنامج الأصفر ده المھم مش فارقة برنامج ملوش لزمة بس مش الموضوع ، الموضوع ان الاستاذة الإعلامیة القدیرة ریھام سعید اتكلمت عن عن السمنة و خصوصا النساء الي بیعانوا من مرض السمنة و ان ھو مرض و یجب معالجته و تغیر طریقة التغذیة ، لحد كدة تمام و احنا ماشیین كویس اوي و لكن ھي لو كانت سكتت كان تمام لكن لا ھي الاستاذة ریھام شافت ان موضوع ناقصة شویة توابل بس للأسف التوابل ضربت. في عینھا ، قامت الاستاذة عملت ایھ اتكلمت على قد ایھ الستات الي بیعانوا من السمنة بیكونوا بیعرقروا و شكلھم وحش و انھم عالة على المجتمع . بصي یا استاذة ریھام ھقولك حاجة انتي إعلامیة شاطرة و للأسف ناجحة بمعاییر بلدنا ، بمعنى اخر احنا في الشرق الأوسط عموما النجاح اعلامیا یقاس بثلاثة المعاییر : الاول: ھو مدى تأثیر الاعلامي في الناس و قدرتة على إیصال فكرتھ بشكل بسیط الثاني: مدى قدرة الإعلامي على تفجیرقنبلة إعلامیة الثالث: قدرة الإعلامي على الاستمرار على شاشة التلیفزیون لما نیجي نقیم الاستاذة ریھام سعید ھنلاقي انھا ساقطة في المعیار الاول و لكن في المعیارین الثاني و الثالث فھي قادرة على تفجیر قنابل إعلامیة تخلي الناس بیتكلموا عنھا زي مثلا لو فاكرین البنات الي نزلو القبر و تحت الارض و طبعا قعدنا نتكلم ، اما طول المدة فھي بقالھا ٨ سنین یعني فترة مش كبیرة و لكن متوسطة فھي إجمالا ٥ من ١٠ و احنا في بلدنا لا تحتاج سوى ٣ من ١٠ عشان تطلع على شاشة !!!! اما موضوع المصداقیة فمصداقیة ریھام سعید ھي مصداقیة حنفیة. نرجع للموضوع تاني و نتكلم عن بشویة عقل بعیدا عن العاطفة ، ھل الموضوع كان سئ في الحقیقة لا فھو موضوع السمنة التي یعاني منھا عدد كبیر منونسبة السكان في مصر و الشرق الأوسط و لكن المأساة في طرح القضیة ، ھل كنت تقبلي ان حد یكلمك كدة قبل متعملي عملیة تحویل المسار ؟؟؟! معلش بس طرقتك الوقحة لا یقابلھا سوى نفس الطریقة ، بصي حضرتك اناھعرضلك بعض آراء الناس . منھم من قال : انا مبتفرجش على برنامجھا و أظن ان مفیش حد بیتفرج على البرنامج ده ھي مش حقھا كإعلامیة او حتى كأي حاجة و معلش ھو السمنة بس عند الستات بس ؟؟؟

و في الي قال ھو الستات الي عندھم سمنة مش وحشین و ھو حضرتك لو كدة احنا ممكن نتكلم على plastic surgeriesو Botox و لا ایھ؟؟؟ و ناس قررت تعبر عن الي جواھا عن طریق شتیمة و طب لو انا قلتھم ممكن اتحاسب والله في النھایة أحب أقلك یا استاذة ریھام ان مش دیھ الحادثة الاولى و في الحقیقة شكلھا مش ھتبقى الاخیرة و لكن في الحقیقة لو حد كان بیتفرج علیكي فانتي خسرتي

J.Lo is a firm applier of SPF. She told “US Weekly” before: “I’m rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen.” She really understands the importance of covering up in the sun. Though sunshine can  sometimes be good for the skin, unfortunately slightly excessive sun exposure can lead to premature aging and fine lines.

3. Protein

J.LO’s go to when she is craving a snack is protein, and Jennifer is pretty smart because body uses protein to build and repair tissues.

4. She gets enough Zzzs

A good night’s sleep means good skin health and that’s what she explained to “InStyle” when she said: “The number one tip is to always get enough sleep. I can’t stress this enough. Ideally I would love to get nine or 10 hours of sleep, but either way, I always make sure I get at least eight.” and another thing she mentioned is that SHE NEVER SLEEPS WITH HER MAKEUP ON.

5. She drinks a ton of water

Consuming appropriate amount of water everyday gives you fresh, soft and glowing skin. It helps maintain the optimal body temperature and keeping the skin moist.

The Earth’s Lungs Are On Fire, Literally

As you’ve probably heard about now, the Amazonian Rainforest caught fire on August 13 and is raging weeks on end. The Amazon is often referred to as the Earth’s lungs due to it releasing 20 % of the oxygen in our planets aerosphere.

“Later he [Mr Bolsonaro] appeared to suggest that non-governmental organisations had set fires, as revenge for his government slashing their funding.”-BBC

Just more that 1700 miles away, the fire’s smoke and waste had reached São Paolo making the city skies pitch black midday, and completely covering the sun in ash.

Many blame Brazil’s president, Jair Bolsonaro and accuse him of encouraging deforestation and clearing of the land. Scientists claim that the forest has suffered losses at an increased speed since Bolsonaro had taken office during January.

Environmental organisations and advocates explain that if the Amazon reaches a certain point of damage, it could potentially turn into a dry savannah which would no longer be a home for all the wildlife it hosts.

If you’re really worried though, it should be better news that these fires are normal during this time of the year due to humidity and weather. However, this year’s fire according to some sources is below average compared to the last 15 years but to others it’s critical.

Many people find it devastating that very few media channels and broadcasts aren’t covering the matter like they were with the Notre Dame fire.

Do Women have the Same Rights as Men Today?

God’s creations never fail to amaze us. Nature, animals and humans. God created Adam and Hawaa, and created all the men and women.

There was a journalist called Qasim Amin who believed that Egyptian women were the backbone of a strong nationalistic people and therefore their roles in society should drastically change to better the Egyptian nation. Qasim Amin was the first person to let women get education, work and have their own place in the society and nation.

Today, in this society, do women have the same rights as men do?

Today women work, educate, have a place in the society, it’s in the same state with what Amin started.

Many people see that when a women is under pressure she can’t work and she can’t handle it, but the thing that you actually don’t know is that women can handle all what you gave her. Women’s rights should be given to them, and now, she has most of the rights men have.

Now women can drive in Saudi Arabia, women can work as an Uber driver, women can become doctors, women can work as an engineer and as a business woman. A woman can handle anything you give her, no matter what. Women shouted out for their rights and they nailed it, yes women made it, what a beautiful creature. What she says is what she does, women never fail to be successful or even achieve success.

Women may have their rights, but the real rights that they want, is that everyone give them their right, what I mean is that people should help women reach their goals. Besides this, your treatment to every single woman you know should be elegant, kind, decent and polite.

I believe that women can do whatever you can think of, and I do believe that every creature that God created can handle anything and they will achieve all the success they ever dreamt of.

Interesting Conspiracy Theories about the TV SHOW ‘Friends’

I probably would prefer watching conspiracy theory videos over anything, it’s more of an obsession I think?

This week I bring to you guys the wildest conspiracy theories about the show “F.R.I.E.N.D.S” that I’ve ever read. They’re super interesting trust me!

1. The characters are in a mental ward

The characters on Friends all have various moments where they act a little insane, but could it go beyond that? What if the six characters are actually living in a mental asylum and suffering from a shared psychosis? Due to their mental disorders triggered by the issues in their lives, they indulge in fantasies together to distract themselves from reality. This theory says that they are all patients in a psychiatric ward, where Rachel has issues with her father, Phoebe is shocked by her mother’s suicide and could not get over it, Ross has abandonment issues, Chandler is scarred by his parents relationship, Joey could have cracked under the pressure of the acting world and he’s desperate for attention and Monica was bullied for being overweight. Seriously, isn’t it weird that they spent most of their time in only two places? Either the coffee shop or somebody’s apartment? What if the two places represent both their respective rooms and the cafeteria?

2. The reason why Gunther always reserve the Central Perk table for Rachel’s friends

This theory tries to find an explanation for the gang’s permanent occupation of Central Perk’s best seats. The theory says that Gunther reserved it for them the whole time only to win Rachel’s heart and affections, and this pretty much explains why the group never had to fight for seating space which is pretty suspicious. But we’re not all surprised right? We all noticed how Gunther always had this creepy obsession with Rachel. He is always seen trying to think of a way to ask her out and would get jealous when other men talked to her first.

3. Friends is being retold from the future

The series always showed flashbacks, but could the entire show be one big flashback? The person who came up with the theory believes that this is why the episode titles always start with “The One Where/With/..”. Ross, for example, could be telling a story and start it by “do you remember the one where…?” Quite interesting, isn’t it?

4. The entire show is in Rachel’s head

If you looked closely at the cover of Season 4. You’ll find Ross, Phoebe, Monica, Chandler, and Joey all have their eyes shut (asleep), but Rachel (resting right in the middle) is wide awake and looking directly at the camera. Why is she the only one with her eyes open? One theory suggests that the show was all a figment of Rachel’s imagination. Could she be the one in control of everything?

5. Ross lost custody of his son Ben because he was a terrible father

Ross’s son Ben (played by Cole Sprouse) appears in the very first season of Friends. He was a big part of the character’s storyline, until he gradually disappears and seriously, we shouldn’t be surprised that his son disappears after season 8, never to be seen again, even after Ross and Rachel have a baby together. Ben never meets his half sister Emma (super weird). It’s suggested that Carol his ex-wife just couldn’t bear having him around any more, maybe she got fed up with all of Ross’s craziness and took away his parenting rights and cut Ross out of their lives. What if Ross lost his son due to his increasingly disturbing behavior?

I personally did not make these conspiracy theories up, they are all told by fans, and if you guys are interested in conspiracy theory videos as I am, Shane Dawson and Kendall Rae are two Youtubers that make conspiracy theory videos that are a must watch! 

Circumstances Help.

Anything that annoys you is for teaching you patience.

Anyone who abandons you is for teaching you how to stand on your own two feet.

Anything that angers you is for teaching you forgiveness and compassion.

Anything that has power over you is for teaching you how to take your power back.

Anything you hate is for learning you unconditional love.

Anything you fear is to teach you courage to overcome your fears.

Anything you can’t control is for teaching you how to let go and trust the universe.

So, life is a challenge and you have to win it. Many things that happen in our life aren’t that super nice and I know we may face many hard situations, lose our favorite people, love and get broken, work hard and don’t get a return, do our best and no one appreciates it, don’t find the one who understands you, be in a terrible mood and stuck for a while and more and more…

But trust me every single bad thing that happens in our lives is either for a reason or for something better that is coming, if you thought about it you will find that it’s right and if not let’s think about it.

For example, the most thing that hurts is when you feel alone. When no one is there for you and you’re not sure if when you fall will there be someone to hold you up or not… but wait a second, you may have this big friend circle but no one is there for you and in that moment I want to tell you that sometimes you need to be alone but you don’t realize that, loneliness makes us think and gain power to be strong because all people care about themselves and no one else, learn to be alone for needed times.

 

Another example, is ‘losing friends you really love’ it is a weakness point to many people cause they love these people more than themselves and care about them like they are responsible for their comfort and happiness, in that period of time when you lose someone you totally adore you think that your life sucks. But in fact when you encounter something like this you have to take it very positively! Yes positively …when you lose someone you gain experience, this person is now gone because of a reason we don’t know but god does know. Maybe because they aren’t the suitable person for your personality or maybe someone better is coming in your life or maybe that person could make a disaster in your life far away. There might be many other reasons but all of them are on our side!!

 

Life will let you down billions of times but most of the time it will be in your good. Giving up is not a solution but it is weakness, and weakness does not exist but unfortunately we build it by our negative black thoughts. We are not perfect and we won’t be and that is the whole story if we are perfect ‘hope’ would not be there and I am sure that we can not live without hope because it is the thing that makes us live and wait for tomorrow to come.

Always be smart and exploit your circumstances, because they are the most helpful thing to your own you/life.

Sleeping Tips & How to get Rid of Insomnia

For all my fellow raccoons out there who are struggling to get a good nights sleep. Here are a few tips to get a good nights sleep and get rid of insomnia. Without further to due, let’s get started. 

1- Say no to Caffeine and Stimulants 

I’m talking to the caffeine addicts that have 3 cups of coffee by 12 o’clock and then wonder why they aren’t getting a good nights rest , well I have a question for you , how are you still alive ? Stimulants like caffeine and nicotine can have dangerous side effects if taken in big amounts , like increased heart rate , anxiety, increased cholesterol , nausea , vomiting and INSOMNIA ! Yeah , a shocker isn’t it . It doesn’t only prevent you from sleeping but it can wake you multiple times if you do manage to get a little shut-eye .

2- Do NOT eat before bed 

Eating wether it’s dinner or just a snack activates your digestive system and keeps you up and it doesn’t end there , if your like me and suffer from acid reflux or heartburn , eating before bed will just make your symptoms intensified . You’ll wake up like a pregnant woman in her 6th week, that just the smell of food can make you nauseated. 

3- Limit activities in bed 

Let’s be clear , your bed is for you to sleep in , not for studying , checking your phone, eating , watching tv , etc… .Matesta8loosh Karam el serir , kfaya eno beytake in our ugly cry face on our bad days and it lifts the thinking brains of the future that hold so many innovational questions to better our future like is it sol7efa or so7lefa , yes indeed , very  innovational . 4- Exercise

As much as I hate to admit it but exercise helps with everything * sigh *  . It’s a good way to help get rid of stress and anxiety , which can ruin a lot of things including interviews , exams , good times with your friends and your sleep , yeah that too . 

5- Make your sleep environment comfortable 

Your bedroom environment should be comfortable enough to sleep in so get rid of anything in your room that might disturb you like children . Your bedroom should also be free from any light . Consider trying black out curtains , eye shades , ear plugs , “ white noise” machines and other fancy shmancy sleep stuff .

You also might want to lock the door to keep your mamas out , to avoid waking up in a pool of your sweat Because SOMEONE decided to turn off the AC for no good reason , your room temperature should be between 60 & 67 degrees to be good enough to make your pillow cold when you flip it . 

6- Avoid naps 

You know power naps may get you through the day but they will make you the owl of the night , if you’re finding trouble sleeping at night maybe it’s the regular catnaps you take in the morning that make you stay up looking like a panda bear all night. 

7- Still have trouble sleeping ? 

GO VISIT A FREAKING DOCTOR . I know most of you probably hate going to doctors , but a lack of sleep is so bad for you in many ways , queue the list of side effects , it may ruin your already damaged memory so you find yourself going to the kitchen more often and asking yourself what was I doing here again ? 

It can weaken your immunity therefore your body will have troubles fighting off invaders and it’ll take an extra long time to get better if you’re ill . It increases your risk of diabetes and can also lead to high blood pressure along with the risk of disease . So maybe this ONE trip to the doctor will save you hundreds of trips in the near future .

Habits of Successful People

All of us are good at a special thing, a job or even at something we love to do, and every successful person has a unique set of habits. Everyone dreams to be successful at what they love to do, so you should have some habits that will make you successful, so here are some habits of successful people.

The first habit we got is organization which is the first step to be successful. You should organize your day and plans. Organization includes planning as well as setting priorities and goals, so you should be organized as much as you can so you can move to the other following steps.

The second habit is relaxation. Relax and never be hesitant it’s your dream and you should concentrate to make it come true, but guess what relaxation comes more easily to those who are organized. So yes the first step is always the most important one and the beginning of your way, your way to success. So, never leave the first step and start with the others.

The third habit is taking action. A successful person should be perfect in taking actions. A successful person doesn’t talk much, their work and success talks about them not the other way round. It’s important to organize, to plan and to set priorities, but without action, a plan is nothing more than potential. Don’t hope for it, take an action and go for it.

The fourth habit is positive attitude. Act, work and think positive. Having a positive attitude isn’t just a result of being successful, it’s one of the root causes of success. Being positive and acting positive may be the best thing in life, so what do you think if it was one of the steps that you are taking to achieve your dream, good and easy, right?Take the chance to be positive don’t lose it.Take the risk even if it’s a small thing that is going to help you that pretty much than you ever thought.

Here we are at the fifth habit, which is networking. A successful person has many good relationships with people and also has good history. The successful person knows the value of exchanging ideas with others through networking and also knows the value of collaboration and teamwork, so they never fail to have a good reputation or even a good work. The successful person knows the importance of surrounding themselves with other successful people, as this may bring them both happiness and success. Think and choose the right choice and never let time control you.

The sixth habit is paying attention to details. Before anything, doing your work without paying attention to the details even the small ones won’t make you successful all the time as many people pay a good attention to details. So never disregard a small detail that may let you fall in making mistakes that you didn’t think might happen, you should always set your plans, and that mistakes and problems may happen and you already have the solution.

The seventh habit that many people don’t know is walk while talking on the phone. Walking around while you’re on the most important phone call is the key to energizing yourself and being a creative problem solver in the moment. I have always wondered why dad moves around while on his important phone calls? Okay, now I got the answer to my question, also you got the solution to your mysterious problems, just walk during the phone call.

The eighth and final habit of successful people, is to think like a customer. Now you have passed through all the steps you need to pass to become a successful person but still there is one thing, put yourself in the customer’s shoes when they are buying your product, for sure there are many other companies selling the product you’re selling, so what is the specific thing that will let the customer choose yours not theirs. That may be the most important point you should think of when you’re doing something that should attract the customers and let them buy your product.

Now you got the habits you need to become a successful person but the most important thing, you should believe in yourself that you can do it and that you can achieve your goal and dream and remember taking some risks and quick decisions are worth it.

قبل بدایة الحدیث و التعمق فیه وجب علي تعریف الانسانیة ، رغم انھا معروفة للجمیع و لكن ارید التأكید على بعض التفاصیل الانسانيه : ھي فطرتنا التي خلقنا الله علینا ، الانسانیة مرتبطة ارتباط كامل مع التعاطف و الرحمة ، و لكن الانسانیة صفة نسبیة الي حد كبیر في مقدارھا و فاعلیتھا، فالشئ الذي یكتسب تعاطفك قد لا یشكل اي شئ لشخص اخر ، اما الفاعلیة تدور حول ان الشئ الذي یكتسب تعاطفك قد یشجعك على اتخاذ خطوات إیجابیة تجاھه و العكس أیضا . أرجو منكم جمیعا قبل بدایة رحلتنا الزمنیة ان نترك ارائنا السیاسیة في الحاضر و نشاھد فقط الماضي دون رأي مسبق

 ٣١ دیسمبر ، ١١:٥٨ مساءا نھایة سنة من المفترض ان تكون نھایتھا سعیدة و بدایة كنّا نأمل فیھا خیرا ، و لكن البدایة لم تبشر بخیر أبدا !! فمع دقات الثانیة عشر صباحا و مع الثواني الاولى في سنة ٢٠١١ انفجار ھائل امام كنیسة القدیسین بالإسكندریة ،استشھاد ٢٣ شھید ماتوا داخل دار عبادة ،  استشھدوا اثناء صلاتهم

٢٤ نوفمبر ٢٠١٧ ، اقتحم ٤٠ إرهابي مسجد في شمال سيناء و ذبحوا ٣٠٥ مصلي بدم بارد بدون اي سبب منطقي أو اي وجه حق.

المحطة الاخیرة  في رحلتنا الزمنیة  ھي حادثة لیست بالبعيدة زمنيا و لكن في الحقيقة ھي اخر حادثة و ھي انفجار عربة امام معھد الأورام الخاص بعلاج مرضي السرطان ، و لكن قبل الانفجار دعوني ارسم في مخیلتكم المشھد. ، یوم من اكثر الایام حرارة في شھر أغسطس ، خروج و دخول محاربین السرطان من ھذا المبني ،من یدخل یدخل و ھو یقدم خطوة و یإخر عشرة خوفا من معركة الكیماوي ، و المغادر یغادر وھو على وجھة اكثر تعبیرات السعاده بأنه منتصر  ،وسط كل ھذا تأتي القشة الي قصفت ظھر البعیر، انفجار عربة مفخخة امام معھد علاج الأورام !!!! 

ماذا كان یفكر من في العربة ؟ ھل ھو مدرك ماذا یفعل؟ انا لم افھم ما الفكرة او الدین او مھما كان الذي يمكن أن يجعل شخص يفكر في تفجر مكان كهذا؟؟؟ و كل ھذا بسبب قضية سیاسیة لیس لھا اي معني ، الجمیع یخرج خاسرا منها

ھل وصلنا لھذة الدرجة من اللا إنسانية او بمعنى اكثر وضوحا الحیوانیة ؟؟!! سنین مرت علینا , ھل تفاعلنا مع حادثة مثل حادثة القدیسین ھو ھو تفاعلنا مع الحوادث الي بعدیھا؟؟؟ 

 احنا اخر ٩ سنین شوفنا حوادث مكنتش تخطر في بالنا و لا عمرنا كنّا نتخیلھا ، مننا الي خسر صاحب او أغلى من كدة بس الي احنا

حقیقي كلنا خسرناه جزء كبیر اوي من إنسانیتنا ، بقینا نتعامل مع الموت على انه عادي؟

هل غياب المنطق و الجهل مصحوب يتطرق فكري أو ديني ممكن يوصل حد انوا يلغي إنسانيته,  أم إن الإنسانية أصبحت مجرد وهم أو تعبير نسبي ؟
